MInd (2010) Perfect Moment are currently working with this national network of independent organisations on developing locally based business strategies which respond to the impact of the recession. 

Brighton Festival and Dome (2009-10) Funded by the Arts Council’s Sustain programme, Perfect Moment have supported the development of an investment strategy which would ensure that this key arts organisation’s new business strategy will give them a clearer focus and greater sustainability. 

Association of Colleges (2008 -9)  Assisted the main Further Education body for England and Wales with developing a £6 million business development strategy for their Management Services wing. After twelve months the client is on track to deliver the three year business improvement strategy.

Krowji (2005 – 2010)

We have been project champions for this £7m development of a highly innovative creative industries business park and learning centre in Cornwall.  WE have contributed to the development of the vision, the research methodology, the business plan and the funding applications. The project is currently applying for planning permission for the first phase of its development.

Hull NHS Strength to Change (2009 -2010)

A return on investment analysis on an innovative multi-agency domestic violence programme, including a focus on work with perpetrators funded by the NHS

Torbay Family Intervention Project (2009-2010)

A cost benefit analysis of a wide ranging multi-agencies programme focused on families who are responsible for high levels of long term anti-social behaviour.

Choices (2009 – present day)

We provided a multi-disciplinary team undertaking a three year value for money analysis of Choices, an three year ground-breaking programme of early interventions to support young people who have been affected by domestic violence

ADVA (Against Domestic Violence & Abuse) (2008)

Cost-benefit analysis and editing of the final evaluation report, of this three-year Invest to Save project working with families experiencing domestic violence in Devon.  Analysis was praised by Treasury as the best cost benefit analysis of any project on the Invest to Save programme.
